To celebrate the final week of the spectacular exhibition Habsburg Splendor: Masterpieces from Vienna’s Imperial CollectionsArs Lyrica Houston performs 17th-century dance music of the Viennese court.

This gallery concert features "Fencing School"—a musical depiction of a sword fight—by Austrian composer and violinist Johann Heinrich Schmelzer. The program also includes music by Bohemian-Austrian composer and violinist Franz Ignaz von Biber.
