Founded in 2000 by Bernard Duguay and based in Montreal, Lucion Media develops and achieves narrative environments thanks to a collective of visual artists, urban designers, interactive developers, writers and musicians. It is clear to them that the creative possibilities, initiated by the different media available, and various artistic disciplines, are more than ever intertwined. Their goal is to create opportunities for the public to participate in new, elegant and innovative experiences.
Art has become their most effective ally to help Lucion reach beyond the known boundaries and create new pockets of beauty and awareness. The team blends avant-garde technologies and low-tech elements to produce theatrical style experiences with eclectic and human dimensions. Over the last 18 years, Lucion took an active part in more than 400 events, scenographies, films, and installations for light festivals, cities, corporate events, and museums.
Harpist Therese Honey adds a wonderful celestial element to this exhibit with her ethereal harp playing, which marries the performing and visual arts. This is free and open to the public!
