Although this is a one-evening event,  these positions will require planning and preparation hours prior to 12/31. 

Gala Chairperson

The Gala Chairperson makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala Experience a night to remember by overseeing the direction of the Fundraising, Silent Auction, Entertainment, Dining & Bar, Purchases, Promotions, Decorations, and Gala Operations.

This position reports to the Volunteer Director and supports the Executive team

Gala Operations Manager

The Gala Operations Manager orchestrates all the moving parts of the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala by working with all the committees and ensuring they have what they need the day of the event.

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Promotions Manager

The Promotions Manager makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala unforgettable by marketing the gala prior, during, and after the event.  This position works with the photographers, media, and knows the crowd of VIPs. 

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala incredibly organized and profitable by shopping wisely and attaining discounts or donations with vendors/stores.

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Silent Auction Manager

The Silent Auction Manager makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala exciting by gaining sponsors, acquiring donations, and promoting Silent Auction items at the Gala.

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Dining & Bar Manager

The Dining & Bar Manager oversees the feast of the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala by working with all the servers and vendors to create a 5-star experience.

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Fundraising Manager

The Fundraising Manager makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala prosperous by gaining sponsors, acquiring donations, performing underwriting proposals, and promoting Ars Lyrica collateral at the Gala.

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Entertainment Manager 

The Entertainment Manager makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala unforgettable by scouting the talent for the Gala and Master of Ceremonies. 

This position reports to the Gala Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Decorations Manager 

The Decorations Manager makes the NYE Ars Lyrica Gala unforgettable by glamorizing surroundings at the Hobby Center to complement the theme.
