Event Chairperson

The Event Chairperson orchestrates the Ars Lyrica Experience at the performances by overseeing the management of the publicity table, donations, audience relations, and 3rd party tickets.

This position reports to the Volunteer Director and supports the Executive team.

Publicity Table Manager

The Publicity Table Manager is a main point of contact for promotions, future performance information, donations, and fundraising purchases.

This position reports to the Event Committee Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

 

3rd Party Ticket Manager

The 3rd Party Ticket Manager is a main point of contact for many first-time Ars Lyrica performance attendees.  He/She follows through with the 3rd party sales of tickets, confirms identification, and issues tickets. 

This position reports to the Event Committee Chairperson and supports the Executive team.

Audience Relations Manager

The Audience Relations Manager is a main point of contact for questions about the organization, performers, season performances, subscriptions, The Hobby Center, special requests, and issues.
